Rats and mice cant resist the flavor and highly palatable formulation of Final Blox rodent bait, made with more than 16 human food-grade ingredients for unsurpassed acceptance and control. Final Blox is the preferred bait of rats and mice when tested against other Brodifacoum baits on the market. The active ingredient brodifacoum is an anticoagulant, meaning that when it is ingested, the poison is transferred from the digestive system to the bloodstream where it hinders clotting, causing eventual death. Final Blox is especially effective in the control of persistent mouse infestations where bait resistance is suspected. Each blox has a distinctive cog shape with multiple-edges that rodents love to gnaw and chew, and is colored red for easy identification. Blox baits work well in any condition — wet or dry, indoors or out. A hole in the center of each block allows it to be placed on bait securing rods in tamper resistant bait stations, or you may nail or wire it in place. Determine areas where rats or mice will most likely find and consume the bait. Generally, these areas are along walls, by gnawed openings, in or beside burrows, in corners and concealed places, between floors and walls, or in locations where rodents or their signs have been seen. Protect bait from rain and snow. To increase effectiveness, remove as much alternative food as possible so that rodents will seek the bait first. For rats, place 5 to 22 blocks per placement (usually at intervals of 15 to 30 feet). For mice, use 1 bait block per placement at intervals of 8 to 12 feet in infested areas. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 10 to 15 days or until signs of rodent activity cease. Recommended for use with Protecta brand Bait Stations or other secure, tamper-resistant bait station. Final Bait Blox does have an antidote in case of accidental ingestion by a pet. The antidote is Vitamin K1, which most veterinarians sho. Final Blox Rodenticide 18 lb pail BELL-1017. Final Blox Rodenticide 18 lb pail BELL-1017. Bell Labs
